Biography
With over 25 years of experience in architecture, Ulises has been a strategic partner to the real estate development industry at local, national, and international levels. He has led architectural design and land planning initiatives across a wide range of project types and scales - with a consistent focus on value creation, entitlement strategy, and market-aligned design. His portfolio is a significant contribution to the housing built environment and spans from production housing and mid- to high-density mixed-use communities to large-scale, multi-phase master plans. His work has earned recognition through numerous industry awards for design excellence across the United States. Since 2018, he has served as Vice President at Lessard Design, where he oversees the firm’s growth and continues to drive design innovation, and strategic development partnerships.
