David N. Hainsworth CPA, PC has been providing accounting, tax, estate and trust services, as well as financial planning guidance to individual and business clients in the Northern Virginia area. We are looking for Firm Administrator, an outgoing, friendly person willing to work with others and to support our long time client base. https://www.hainsworthcpa.com/
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interface with tax and financial planning clients via phone; email and in person
- Managing all clients in tax and accounting database; setting up client files and keeping current
- Managing a part-time assistant for workload and completion of duties
- Newsletter coordination and getting out to clients
- Ordering office supplies and keeping track of stock
- Handling and processing daily mail
- Billing processes monthly
- Managing and paying bills for clients using QBO
- Mail and UPS services including postage meter
- Knowledge of Quick Books, Excel and Adobe a plus
Desired computer skills:
- Microsoft Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF
- Outlook
- Digital work flows
- Involvement in QuickBooks Online
- Tax software
Desired traits:
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to edit documents, etc.
- Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Proficient with numbers
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Casual business dress
